Criminal We have a Legal Aid Franchise and Work covers Duty Solicitors Scheme (both Court and Police Station) as well as advice and attendance at Court. Probate & Wills This involves the drafting of Wills and then Dealing with estates of deceased person - (Probate). Civil Litigation e.g. problems arising out of disputed contract, landlord & tenant problems. Employment/ Misc General Advice on a range of matters e.g. including employment, housing, debt, etc.
