About Mullaney & Co
John Francis Mullaney

Mr Mullaney is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court and works from Number 1 Gildredge Road in Eastbourne. He has a general background of both Litigation including Crime, Welfare Law, Matrimonial and Family Law, Personal Injury, as well as Conveyancing, Probate and Wills.

Mr Mullaney has had over 20 years experience in the categories of work offered by the Firm. He is The Legal Services Commission Franchise Representative and will act as the focal point for The Legal Services Commission Liaison Manager.
Elizabeth Jane Mullaney (Legal Executive)
Mrs Mullaney is a Legal Executive and at the moment is undertaking predominantly Conveyancing work. However she is also in the final stages of qualifying as a Solicitor and she does occasionally undertake work in other areas of the law, under the direction of John Mullaney.
Mrs Sue Forward, Miss Rachel Baldwin & Angela Lindfield
(Legal Assistants)

Sue and Rachel are experienced Conveyancing Assistants. They aim to offer help and guidance at all times - a friendly, professional voice whenever you need them.

Angela Lindfield deals with all Mr Mullaney's contentious secretarial work. She has gained some considerable experience in this field and is happy to assist with a sympathetic approach, wherever and whenever she can.
Mullaney & Co aims to provide its' clientele with an efficient and professional service at all time.

Due to the fact that we are amongst the smaller Legal Practices, we are able to offer a sympathetic approach where appropriate, which is beneficial to those clients who may be daunted and unsure of the legal, process and who would wish to receive a more personal style of assistance.
